• Requirement for one of Leading EPC Client for Electrical Design Engineer is expected to be adequately qualified.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Electrical Engineering degree is a must. Any additional post graduate qualification or professional certification
• Will be preferred experience in detail design engineering consultancy is preferred. However, similar working experience in design side of technical services department of a Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertiliser / Chemical plant may also be considered.

Responsibility

• Designing and laying out new electrical systems
• Creating system models and simulations
• Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
• Producing necessary design reports and documentation
• Prepares complex layouts, drawings and designs from specifications or drawings made by technicians, designers or technical professionals.
• Design Emergency system with generator sizing and emergency equipment selection Knowledge of grounding and bonding.
• Knowledge/experience of fault current calculation and selective coordination for overcurrent protective device with power software or manual calculations.
• Knowledge of lightning protection system
• Software: lighting software : Visual, AGI, India market Dialux
• Power: ETAP (IM) PTW (KJ)
